Learn in Competition

WorldSkills - this is a promotion initiative for vocational performance competitions This means that young skilled workers compete in national and international competitions in their respective professional fields. The idea behind 'learning in competition' is as ingenious as it is simple: it not only encourages top performance, but also makes young specialists better, more creative and more resilient, from which not only the participants but the entire company profits. Above all, they enjoy their profession and can be proud to have mastered and presented their skills so well. In addition, WorldSkills has its own facilities where training and courses are held.

We would like to support this didactic concept within the framework of our norelem ACADAMY. Because we also believe that it optimally prepares young people for the working world. After all, one cannot only prove oneself repeatedly at the numerous WorldSkills championships, but also in later professional life. This also means, to constantly develop further, continue training and face new challenges and areas of responsibility.

With the norelem ACADEMY we also offer professionals and young professionals the opportunity to improve their skills with courses and seminars.
